With over 15 years of professional experience - including 12 years in healthcare, 10 years in leadership, and 8 years in Human Resources - I've built a career on creating positive, empowering environments. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Health and Business Administration, an MBA in Human Resources Management and Leadership, and am actively pursuing a Doctorate in Mental Health.
